Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Applicants must have a clean criminal record
- Choose from one of the following investment options:
- Make a non-refundable contribution of USD 250,000 to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) for the main applicant and up to three qualifying dependents. Additional fees apply for extra dependents: USD 50,000 for each dependent over the age of 18 and USD 25,000 for each dependent under 18.
- Contribute a minimum of USD 250,000 to a public benefit unit within an Approved Public Benefit Project.
- Purchase real estate from an approved development, with a minimum value of USD 325,000 for a condominium or USD 600,000 for a single-family home. These properties may be resold after a seven-year holding period under specific conditions.

The government authority overseeing the program is responsible for processing all applications. Each application undergoes a thorough review, and the authority may request further information or documentation if required.
