Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no criminal record.
- Choose from the following investment options:
- Purchase real estate worth a minimum of USD 300,000 from an approved development, which must be held for five years, covering the applicant and any number of qualifying dependents.
- Invest USD 250,000 in an approved enterprise project, along with applicable administration fees, for the applicant and up to three dependents.
- Make a non-refundable contribution of USD 240,000 to the National Economic Fund for the applicant and up to three qualifying dependents, with additional fees for dependents over 18 (USD 20,000 each) and dependents under 18 (USD 10,000 each).
- Invest in non-interest-bearing government bonds worth at least USD 300,000 (plus a USD 50,000 administration fee), to be held for five years.
