Requirements:
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- No criminal history
- Choose from one of the following two investment options:
- A non-refundable donation of USD 235,000 to the National Transformation Fund, applicable to a single applicant or a family of up to four members
- A real estate investment of at least USD 270,000 in an approved project, along with an additional non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000 for a single applicant or a family of up to four members. If the property is sold to another citizenship by investment applicant, it must be retained for five years. Alternatively, the property can be sold at any time after the purchase
- For either option, additional fees apply for each family member beyond the fourth, with a charge of USD 25,000 per additional member (excluding qualifying siblings and dependent parents under 55), USD 50,000 for each parent aged 55 and under, and USD 75,000 for each qualifying sibling

Application Process
The relevant government agency manages all aspects of the program and oversees the processing of applications. Each application undergoes a comprehensive review, and the authorities may request supplementary information or documentation if required.
