Requirements:
- Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- No prior criminal convictions
- Option 1:
- Make a non-refundable contribution of USD 200,000 to the Economic Development Fund for a single applicant, or USD 250,000 for the main applicant along with up to three qualifying dependents
- An additional USD 25,000 for each dependent under 18
- An additional USD 40,000 for each dependent aged 18 or older
- Option 2:
- Purchase real estate valued at no less than USD 200,000, with the option to resell after three years on the open market, or after five years to a new investor under the citizenship by investment program
- Additional fees may apply.
Application Process
The relevant governmental body overseeing the program reviews all applications. Each submission undergoes a detailed evaluation, and if required, additional documentation or clarification may be requested from the applicant.
