Requirements:
- The applicant must demonstrate a clean personal background, with no risks to national security or potential damage to reputation.
- The applicant must not have faced visa refusal from any country that has a visa-free arrangement with Antigua and Barbuda.
- Applicants can choose from the following four investment options:
- Make a non-refundable contribution of at least USD 230,000 to the National Development Fund for the applicant or a family.
- Contribute at least USD 260,000 to the University of the West Indies for a family of up to six members.
- Invest a minimum of USD 300,000 in real estate from an approved development project. This investment can be made individually or as part of a joint venture where each participant contributes at least USD 300,000. The property must be held for a minimum of five years.
- Purchase an eligible business for a minimum of USD 1.5 million as an individual or enter into a joint purchase where each person invests at least USD 400,000, bringing the total investment to at least USD 5 million.

Application Process
The government authority responsible for overseeing the program is in charge of processing all applications. Each submission is thoroughly reviewed, and applicants may be asked to provide additional documentation or information if necessary. After obtaining citizenship, individuals must fulfill a minimum residency requirement of five days within the first five years.
- Client initiates contact with Destiny Migration Company.
- Destiny Migration Company conducts preliminary due diligence assessments.
- Service agreement is finalized and retainer fee is received.
- Application for Antigua & Barbuda citizenship is meticulously prepared and submitted to the relevant government authorities.
